Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Trial

Every new account receives a 14-day free trial with 100 AI calling minutes and 200 WhatsApp messages. No credit card is required to start the trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial without any charges.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing dashboard. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused days in the billing period
• You can reactivate your subscription at any time

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

• Technical issues on our side preventing service usage for more than 48 hours
• Accidental duplicate payments
• Wrong plan purchased (if reported within 24 hours)

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Used AI calling minutes or WhatsApp messages
• Phone number purchases
• Services used beyond 7 days after payment
• Violation of Terms of Service leading to account suspension

5. How to Request a Refund

Email us at hello@aiclex.co.in with your registered email, invoice number, and reason for refund. We process valid refund requests within 5-7 business days. Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
