Aiclex provides an AI-powered calling and customer engagement platform that allows businesses to make automated calls, send WhatsApp messages, manage leads, and analyze performance.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Spam, harassment, or illegal activities
• Calling numbers on Do Not Disturb (DND) registries without consent
• Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code

5. Payment and Subscription

Subscription fees are billed in advance. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. No refunds for partial months unless required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aiclex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
